The Sarah Special:
What you need:
500 grams Ground Beef
1 Onion Chopped
1 Can Tinned Pesto Style Tomatoes
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Can Kidney Beans
1/2 Green Pepper
1 HUGE bag of Cheese Nacho Chips
1 Tub Sour Cream
1 LARGE jar of Salsa
Grated Cheese (cheddar or a Mexican mix)
1. Cook mince until Browned
2. Add onion, can of tomatoes, Taco Mix, Kidney Beans,
Green Pepper.
3. Test a huge spoonful to check if it is awesome
4. On serving plates (aka paper plates if you are
cheap!) place corn chips, spoon mince mixture over the
top, cover with cheese.
5. Place in the over for 10 minutes or until cheese is
melted or bubbling.
6. Top with a boat load of Sour Cream and Salsa
7. ENJOY!!!
