Meat and Cheese Dip:

Ingrediants:
1. A block of Velveeta cheese
2. 1 pound of either Italian sausage or hamburger (or 1/2 of each)
3. One jar of Pace picante sauce
4. Tortilla chips

1. Cook your selected meat
2. Melt the Velveeta cheese by cutting it into small pieces, add a small amount of milk if you want to thin it out a little
3. Add cooked meat to the melted cheese
4. Dip your favorite chips
5. Enjoy!

Tip: good to use in a crock pot
