Totally Bitchin' Nachos:
Ingrediants:
1/2 lb of ground beef
A jar of jalapeno (not the regular type... these are
pronounced "jah-laph-eh-nose")
1 block Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
A little bit of milk
1 can of super hot Rotel
1. Cook the beef
2. While beef is cooking, get a friend to cut the
Velveeta into small blocks
3. When the meat is done cooking drain the grease but
not into the sink because that is bad for your plumbing
4. Into a bowl, put the Velveeta blocks, the can of
Rotel, a little bit of milk, and some jalapenos and
juice.
5. Microwave the bowl until the ingredients are melted
occasionally stirring so you don't burn the cheese
6. Enjoy the dip with your chips either by dipping or by
pouring your cheese mix onto a plate of chips.
